The cooked food monster has reared its ugly head!  I’ve had nothing but carbs and cheese today.  I hate to even admit it.  I am struggling with staying raw once a month.  The cravings take over and I cave.  I was feeling pretty badly about it earlier but I have come so far over the past few months.  I’m 80-100% RAW every other day and once I learn how to get past this monthly craving stage I will be one step closer.

Thursday I was RAW till dinner but I made the poor decision to have cheese pizza for dinner. Today I allowed myself to get too hungry and ate the left over pizza for lunch.

Now I’m listening to my stomach protest all the cheezy carbs I ate.
